Huckleberries are all over Montana- just not where you’d expect to find them. They are plastered on billboards, not exactly what I expected for #BigSkyCountry. Advertising for shakes, pie, and all things huckleberry obscured the view of the lovely mountains, long enough to lure me into their sweet and tart den.
Pictured here are Huckleberry Gummy Bears marinated in local spirits. Wine, Vodka, and Whiskey. (Wine was my favorite. Both flavors enhanced the other.)
