Cookie Caliente Sweet Heat Peanut Butter
Roast peanuts in butter with brown sugar and a dash of cayenne. Top your favorite peanut butter recipe.
Or… add chili oil, lime juice and zest. Or…the king of heat Sriracha
Mimosa Cake with Champagne Syrup
Vanilla Cake Mix made with orange juice instead of water plus 2 Tbs of o.j. concentrate.
Champagne Syrup: Combine, boil and reduce 2 cups champagne and 1 cup powder sugar.
Top with your favorite frosting. I used mascarpone.
