Using a food processor pulse graham crackers and cinnamon cereal until it’s sugar sand. No food processor? Crush it with your bare hands. Pour melted butter into the mixture. Press into pan.
Combine 3/4 cup Rumchata, and Coconut cream with 5.1 oz packet of vanilla pudding mix. Stir in one container of whip cream. Fill pie crust.
Eat. Share. I served it with graham crackers and we used them as utensils.
